1.1 Community College Revenues, 2015-2016
In 2016, community college revenues in Canada were more than $11.1 billion, an increase of 2.8% from 2015.
Mandate
Members of CAUT Working Groups are appointed by the Executive Committee following a call for nominations through the Bulletin and through letters to member associations.
The Aboriginal Post-Secondary Education Working Group reports to the Executive Committee and makes recommendations on initiatives CAUT and its local associations should take to advance the diverse interests of Aboriginal academic staff in universities and colleges in Canada.
The Francophones' Committee is appointed by and reports to the Executive Committee of CAUT to advise on concerns of francophone academic staff at francophone, bilingual and anglophone institutions.
The Clinical Faculty Committee is appointed by and reports to the Executive Committee of the CAUT to advise on issues relating to clinical faculty at universities and affiliated health care institutions.
1 Status and role
a) The Equity Committee shall be a Standing Committee of Council.
b) The Committee shall make recommendations to Council and the Executive Committee on policy matters and activities in relation to equity in post-secondary education.
