The CAUT Forum for Presidents is an important opportunity for presidents and presidents-elect of academic staff associations to discuss key political and organizational challenges and priorities.
The Forum agenda will be posted soon.
The meeting will be conducted in English and French with simultaneous interpretation.
Registration
Registration is now open! Please complete the online registration form by clicking on the registration button below. The registration deadline is December 18, 2024.
Travel
CAUT will cover the cost of travel for one participant per association. Additional in-person participants can attend at their own cost, but only subject to space availability. It is CAUT’s policy is to use unionized carriers unless there is no other option available. Please book your travel as early as possible to take advantage of the lowest fares. The deadline to book travel is December 18, 2024.
Reservations must be made directly with CAUT's travel agency, Corporate Traveller, by email (stacey.thompson@corporatetraveller.ca) or by phone (1-613-236-2444). Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 23504 to make your travel reservation. The cost of the ticket will be charged directly to CAUT.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the Ottawa Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel (1-800-445-8667) and mentioning "CAUT Forum" to obtain the negotiated rate of $229.00/night (Traditional guest room).
