Overview
The CAUT Collective Bargaining and Organizing Forum brings together member association negotiators and organizers from across the country, providing opportunities to meet peers from other associations, share high level discussion, and build networks of contacts and support.

Travel
CAUT will cover the travel cost for one representative per association. If your association wishes to send more than one representative, additional in-person participants may be able to attend at their own cost subject to space availability.
As per CAUT’s travel policy, flights must be booked with unionized air carriers unless there is no other option available. Members travelling within 300 kilometers of Ottawa are encouraged to use the train, bus, public transportation, or carpooling options.
Travel should be booked early to take advantage of the lowest fares. Travel bookings must be made by February 21, 2024. Requests for travel after this date will require approval and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
Travel Reservations
Reservations must be made directly with CAUT̓s travel agency, Corporate Traveller. Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 23502 to make travel reservations and to bill CAUT directly.

Hotel Accommodation
Delegates are required to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Downtown. Hotel reservations must be made by March 4, 2024, the CAUT group cut-off date.
Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Downtown at (1-800-445-8667) and mentioning the "CAUT Forum (CBO)" to obtain the negotiated rate of $225.00/night (Traditional guest room).
