This annual forum is intended for members of academic staff associations involved in grievance handling to share experiences, build skills, and network with peers from across the country. Through plenary sessions and group work, forum attendees will address recent developments in labour law, identify trends and emerging issues, and delve into the role the grievance officer and the academic staff association play in representing members during grievance procedures against the employer.
