The Forum for Presidents is an important opportunity for presidents and presidents-elect of academic staff associations to discuss key political and organizational challenges and priorities.

Registration

Travel
CAUT will cover the cost of travel for one participant per association. Additional in-person participants can attend at their own cost, but only subject to space availability. CAUT’s policy is to use unionized air carriers unless there is no other option available. Members travelling within 300 kilometers of Ottawa are encouraged to use available rail, bus, public transportation, or carpooling options. Travel should be booked early to take advantage of the lowest fares.
Reservations must be made directly with CAUT̓s travel agency, Corporate Traveller, by email (carley.simpson@corporatetraveller.ca) or by phone (1-613-236-444). Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 23504 to make travel reservations and to bill CAUT directly.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the Ottawa Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel (1-800-445-8667) and mentioning the "Forum for Presidents" to obtain the negotiated rate of $225.00/night (Traditional guest room).
