News / CAUT kickstarts Unlock Education campaign

With a federal election likely this spring, CAUT has officially launched its Unlock Education campaign.

CAUT is urging members to join the campaign to:

  • Make college and university affordable for everyone
  • Ensure that Canadians have the freedom to think, teach and learn
  • Include new people and different perspectives in post-secondary education
  • Invest in colleges and universities we can rely on

As part of the campaign, CAUT members met with their local MPs in January. They urged their politicians to support affordable, accessible and inclusive post-secondary education and research.
