CAUT staff appointments

Anne-Marie Roy
Senior Organizing and Education Officer (Term)

Anne-Marie brings more than ten years of experience advocating for high quality and accessible post-secondary education with the student and labour movements. For the last five years, she has worked as the communications, mobilization, and research officer for the Association of Professors of the University of Ottawa. Before that, she served two terms as the national deputy chairperson for the Canadian Federation of Students where she took part in organizing a national campaign for universal access to post-secondary education in Canada.

Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double minor in communications and lettres françaises from the University of Ottawa. During her studies, she served two terms as student union president, ran several campaigns, and worked in solidarity with campus labour unions.
