Elizabeth Berman
Senior Communications Officer

Elizabeth is a communications professional with experience running public awareness campaigns on everything from tar sands to teen sexting. A specialist in digital communications, she is recognized for creating engaging, easy-to-use online tools that seamlessly move audiences from awareness to action.

Elizabeth previously worked in the labour movement as the communications team lead and digital strategist at the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia.

Sophie Levert
Executive Services Assistant

Sophie has more than 20 years of experience in administrative and coordination roles, including several years in sales and marketing coordination. She has a diploma in Travel and Tourism from the Toronto School of Business. Throughout her experience, Sophie has built and maintained good working relationships on the four key characteristics of trust, respect, self-awareness and open communication.

Born and raised in the town of Alexandria, Ontario, Sophie now lives outside of Almonte, Ontario.
