The subject of this Collective Bargaining Town Hall is academic staff complement. John Eustace of the Collective Bargaining unit at CAUT discusses the various iterations of complement language that have been negotiated by academic staff associations across Canada.  The remainder of the agenda was reserved for bargaining reports from associations.  NB.
