This Collective Bargaining Town Hall began with bargaining and strike reports from two associations in Ontario. Following the reports, CAUT’s Andrea Harrington and Immanuel Lanzaderas discussed sick leave or short-term disability (STD) language, focusing on some of the issues faculty associations need to consider while bargaining and enforcing these important provisions.
