The CAUT Collective Bargaining Dashboard

The CAUT Collective Bargaining Dashboard is an interactive tool which provides a snapshot of recent economic conditions and collective bargaining activity of CAUT member associations. Drawing data from both Statistics Canada and directly from CAUT member associations, this platform offers members an overview of recent labor activity in the post-secondary sector. With interactive filtering capabilities, the dashboard views can be easily modified to fit your needs.

Recent collective bargaining
This Dashboard is populated by data provided by CAUT member associations. The data collection, which began in 2022, includes responses from associations that completed the CAUT Collective Bargaining Survey after each new collective agreement was reached. It includes information on length of bargaining, strike votes, as well as associations that engaged in mediation, conciliation, and interest arbitration. In addition, information is provided about collective agreement clauses with substantially revised language by association.

The dashboards use abbreviated names of associations to ensure concise presentation. The complete names of these associations are detailed within this document.
