Tuition costs grew the fastest in Ontario (+396% in 2017-2018) and the slowest in Saskatchewan (+79%). At $9,918, Ontario also has the highest average tuition in the country. The average cost of graduate tuition in Newfoundland ($2,752 in 2017-2018) is the lowest in the country.
