This clause shall apply in the event of the sale, expansion, extension, amalgamation, consolidation, merger or transfer of academic units1 or institutions hereafter referred to as “succession”.
Status of Electronic Journals
CAUT Model Clause
Electronic journals1 shall have the same status as print journals. Materials published in electronic journals may be used for purposes of faculty evaluation according to the terms of this collective agreement or handbook.
Service

Security of Employment
