The Collective Bargaining and Organizing Committee promotes collective bargaining as a democratic right for all academic staff. The committee advises CAUT Council and the Executive Committee on policies to advance the profession through collective bargaining and organizing.

Responsibilities

The committee provides guidance to the CAUT Council and Executive Committee on policies, strategies, best practices, and trends in collective bargaining and organizing. Committee members also help organize conferences and workshops on this subject.
