Council

The CAUT Council is the governing body of CAUT. Our member associations form the Council and decide on policy and organizational priorities. Member associations appoint a delegate to attend Council meetings and vote on behalf of their academic staff association. The decisions and resolutions made at the Council meeting guide the work of the Executive Committee.

Standing Committees of Council make recommendations on relevant policy matters to both Council and the Executive Committee.
