This annual forum is intended for members of academic associations involved in grievance handling. Participants will share experiences, build skills, and network with peers from across the country. Through plenary sessions and group work, the forum will address recent developments in labour law, identify trends and emerging issues, and delve into the role the grievance officer and the academic staff association play in representing members during in grievances and arbitration.
Registration for this event is restricted to CAUT members. To access the registration link, please login using the Member Login button at the top of the page.
CAUT will cover the cost of transportation for one representative per association. If your association wishes to send more than one representative, additional in-person participants may be able to attend at their own expense subject to space availability. Transportation should be booked early to take advantage of the lowest fares. Bookings must be made by November 14, 2025. Requests for transportation after this date will require approval and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
Reservations must be made directly with CAUT̓s travel agency, Corporate Traveller. Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 23501 to make reservations and bill CAUT directly.

Delegates are required to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Downtown. Hotel reservations must be made by November 14th, 2025.
Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the Hilton Garden Innat (1-800-774-1500) and mentioning the group code “CHWC12” to obtain the negotiated rate of $229.00/night (Traditional guest room).
