Travel

CAUT will cover the cost of travel for one participant per association. Additional in-person participants can attend at their own cost, but only subject to space availability. CAUT’s policy is to use unionized air carriers unless there is no other option available. Members travelling within 300 kilometers of Ottawa are encouraged to use available rail, bus, public transportation, or carpooling options. Air travel should be booked early to take advantage of the lowest fares and no later than November 25, 2022.

Airline reservations must be made directly with CAUT̓s travel agency, W.E. Travel (1-888-676-7747). W.E. Travel will require the booking code 23501 to make travel reservations and to bill CAUT directly.
