The purpose of the Forum is to review the services and support offered by CAUT; to discuss the role and responsibilities of academic staff association presidents and their relationships with their members, executive, and committees; to examine ways of building stronger associations and engaging members; and to build a network among colleagues who are new presidents or presidents-elect of associations.

CAUT will cover the transportation cost for one representative per association. If your association wishes to send more than one representative, additional in-person participants may be able to attend at their own cost subject to space availability. Transportation should be booked early to take advantage of the lowest fares. Bookings must be made by May 9, 2025. Requests for transportation after this date will require approval and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
Reservations must be made directly with CAUT̓s travel agency, Corporate Traveller. Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 23503 to make reservations and bill CAUT directly.

Delegates are required to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Ottawa Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel reservations must be made by May 9, 2025.
Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the Hilton Garden Inn at (1-800-774-1500) and mentioning the group code CHWCAF to obtain the negotiated rate of $229.00/night (Traditional guest room).
