Overview
The CAUT Collective Bargaining and Organizing Forum brings together CAUT member association negotiators and organizers from across the country, providing opportunities to meet peers from other associations, share high level discussion and build networks of contacts and support.
The Forum agenda will be available soon.
The meeting will be conducted in English and French with simultaneous interpretation.
Registration
Registration is now open! Please complete the online registration form by clicking on the registration button below. The registration deadline is February 20, 2026.
Registration access code
Registration requires an access code. This code was provided to member associations in the official notice for the meeting (Memo 26:02). Members who require access to the registration form should contact their association.
Travel
CAUT will cover the travel cost for one representative per association. If your association wishes to send more than one representative, additional in-person participants may be able to attend at their own cost subject to space availability. Please book your travel as early as possible to take advantage of the lowest fares.
The deadline to book travel is February 20, 2026.
Reservations must be made directly with CAUT's travel agency, Corporate Traveller, by email (stacey.thompson@corporatetraveller.ca) or by phone (1-613-236-2444). Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 23502 to make your travel reservation. The cost of the ticket will be charged directly to CAUT.
Hotel accommodation
Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the Homewood Suites by Hilton Ottawa Downtown (1-800-445-8667) and mentioning "CAUT Forum" to obtain the negotiated rate of $239.00/night (traditional guest room).
