Mobilis is a member management, outreach and grievance handling system that is free to associations as a benefit of CAUT membership.
Mobilis makes it simple to collect and manage membership data. It allows associations to document and track interactions with members, build segmented lists of contacts, conduct outreach activities – whether in-person, by email or by phone – track organizing efforts and mapping, and track grievances.
Mobilis allows you to:
- Create and update profiles of your members, including their contact information, employment status, and how they have engaged with the association
- Move away from a centralized data management model and take advantage of member-to-member engagement by creating tiered levels of access to allow members such as committee chairs or organizers to upload data
- Communicate more effectively by targeting specific groups within your membership by segmenting lists based on issues of interest, level of engagement, faculty or department, employment status, etc.
- Manage grievances by creating unique cases that allow you to set deadlines, assign tasks, store documents, and track each stage of the grievance process
Mobilis is a cloud-based system with the data stored in Canada.
