This course offers an opportunity for graduates of the Organizing School 101 to practice the core skills and tools and go deeper in their learning.
During this 3-week course you will:
- Refine your associations' Organizing Goals;
- Recalibrate the Strategies and Tactics you'll use to meet those goals;
- Chart your members by their level of engagement;
- Master the art of one-on-one conversations;
- Design structure tests to guide your association in building its collective power; and
- Consolidate your learning for the course.
Together with colleagues from across Canada, participants will complete:
- Three online modules
- Three 3-hour webinars
