Article 9: Persons Affected by this Agreement

9.1 All faculty members having an academic appointment in a department, school or university school, including all department chairs, directors of schools and university schools, are covered by the terms of this Agreement. Those persons who, in addition to such an appointment, also occupy an academic administrative position shall be excluded from the terms of this Agreement only insofar as the discharge of the administrative duties and responsibilities is concerned.

9.2 All librarians having an academic appointment in the Library are covered by the terms of this Agreement. Those librarians who occupy academic/administrative positions shall be excluded from the terms of this Agreement insofar as the discharge of their administrative duties and responsibilities is concerned.
