Article 7: Submissions Concerning Terms and Conditions of Employment

7.1 Each party agrees that any submission proposed to any agency or body external to the University which affects the terms and conditions of employment for faculty and/or librarians is discussed with the other party with the intent of reaching a joint submission. This will not prevent either party from making its own submission. The term “submission” excludes replies to requests from bodies external to the University solely for information about the terms and conditions of employment for faculty and/or librarians.
