Article 6: Amendments to the University of Guelph Act
6.1 The University agrees that any revisions proposed regarding the Act (1964), as amended from time to time, will not be submitted without prior consultation with the Faculty Association. Every effort will be made by the parties to agree upon a common submission. This does not prevent either party from submitting revisions on its own.
6.2 In order that the Association may remain informed about the status of the Act, the University agrees to disclose to the Association any information it receives concerning the status of the Act. Similarly, the Association agrees to disclose to the University any information it received concerning the status of the Act.
