Article 5: The University of Guelph Act and Severability

5.1 The parties agree that this Agreement is subject to provisions of the Act (1964), as amended from time to time. If any provisions of this Agreement are held to be or are rendered invalid by judicial or legislative act, the remainder of this Agreement remains in force and the parties agree to meet and renegotiate whatever portion may have been held or rendered invalid.
