Article 28: Access to Information

28.1 The University acknowledges that the Association requires various types of information from time to time and undertakes to provide such information. Such provision will be subject to the understanding that, should a question arise in the mind of the University about the propriety of providing some particular information, and should the University’s concern be challenged by the Association, it is agreed that the matter will be referred to the Joint Consultative Committee for review.
