Article 13: Association Representation

13.1 “Representatives” of the Association are appointed by the Association Council.

13.2 “Agreement of or by the Association“ is conveyed by the Association President upon a carried motion of the Association Council.

13.3 All communication “to or by the Association” concerning the terms and conditions of this Agreement are made to or by the Association Chair.

13.4 “Recommendations to the Association” from the Joint Consultative Committee and the Joint Faculty Policies Committee, or from other committees established under this Agreement are presented by the Association President to the Association Council, to be studied, discussed and either approved or disapproved.
