LTSB - Watchdog Committee

In order to monitor the operation of the scheme and to avoid practices which might distort the system or cause anomalies; a Watchdog Committee of three senior faculty members, will be appointed jointly by the Faculty Association and the University Administration. Each January this committee will examine the previous year’s salaries. Particular attention will be paid to Starting Salaries, Presidential Salary Supplements and the identification of potential anomalous situations. The Watchdog Committee will report any abuses to the President who will take appropriate corrective action and report such action back to the Watchdog Committee.

Each year, by February 1st, the Watchdog Committee, assisted by the Vice President Administration, will publish full and specific unattributed information on all individual faculty salaries as a function of rank and age. This publication shall identify salaries that are receiving a Presidential Salary Supplement.
