11.00 Proxies
A Member may vote through Proxy given to a person, who need not be a member, at an Annual General or Special Meeting. The Proxy may contain restrictions, limitation or instructions as to the manner in respect to which the Proxy is to be voted, and in the absence of any such restrictions, limitations or instructions, the Proxy shall be deemed to be unlimited in scope. The person holding the Proxy shall not, unless he or she is an active Member, be entitled to speak, except with the consent of the Chair.
