16.00 Fiscal Year

16.01 The fiscal year of the Association shall terminate on the 31st day of May in each year or on such other date as the Council may from time to time by resolution determine.

17.00 Parliamentary Authority

17.01 The rules contained in Bourinot’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, shall govern the order of all meetings in cases wherein they are not superseded by the by-laws or special rules of order.
