12.01 Execution of Documents
Documents requiring execution by the Association shall be signed by either the President or the Vice-President, and by the Treasurer, and all documents so signed shall be binding upon the Association without any further authorization or formality. The Council may from time to time appoint any officer or officers or any person or persons either to sign documents generally or to sign specific documents on behalf of the Association. The corporate seal of the Association shall, when required, be affixed to documents executed in accordance with the foregoing.
12.02 Cheques, Drafts, Notes, Etc.
All cheques, drafts or orders for the payment of money and all notes and acceptances and bills of exchange shall be signed by the officer or officers or person or persons and in the manner from time to time prescribed by the Council.
