Model Clause On Access To Information
The Employer shall provide to members of the university community covered by this agreement the opportunity to access, through the library and computer centre, all expressions of knowledge, intellectual activity, information and ideas, subject to any restrictions imposed by law or university regulations negotiated between the parties.
