Collective Bargaining & Organizing

CAUT actively supports its members in fighting for fair working conditions, compensation and benefits that foster quality teaching and research. We maintain an extensive database of collective agreements, prepare model clauses and bargaining advisories on key issues, analyse data on salaries and benefits, provide expert tactical and strategic advice and assist local associations undertaking certification and organizing drives.
