The next Council meeting will take place in Ottawa at The Westin Ottawa Hotel from 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25 until 12:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28.

Council Registration

To register for Council please use the online Registration Form.

The Council registration form is used by CAUT to keep an official record of the number and names of participants at Council. Please complete the form by March 10, 2013.

If you will not be sending a delegate please complete the Not Attending Form.

Council Dinner

The Council Dinner will be Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Fairmont Château Laurer. Please complete the dinner section on the registration form. Dinner must be prepaid.

Hotel Accommodation

Council delegates are required to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Westin Ottawa Hotel.

It is imperative that reservations be made no later than March 25, 2013.

Any queries with regard to hotel accommodations should be directed to Nancy Gordon at CAUT.

Travel

CAUT will cover the cost of transportation to Ottawa for one participant per association. Please book your air travel as early as possible to take advantage of the lowest fares. CAUT policy is to use unionized air carriers unless there is no other option available. Airline reservations must be made directly with CAUT's travel agency.
