An Instructor on a probationary appointment shall be reviewed by his/her Department by 31 October of the final year of the appointment [Art. 43.41(a)].
Decisions
[research monies for October 1 applications] will be announced by 31 October. .

Data Sheet and the unit's Summary Data Sheet to the Employee within three weeks following
submission of grades for the course. [Art. 15.55]

President shall communicate the Board's decision on renewal of appointment. . .
